A Proposal Request, often shortened to RFQ, is a formal communication sent by a purchaser to prospective providers seeking quotes on products or works. The RFQ provides detailed specifications about the required products, allowing suppliers to submit comprehensive proposals. Following review of the submitted quotes, the buyer can then choose a con
